Welcome to the blog on Japan. I am a blogger from Eastern Europe and here I am writing about Japanese culture. I hope that on the pages of this site you will feel as comfortable as in your soft chair, on which you are now.

My goals

For the current year 2021, the blog has the following goals:

1. Acquaintance of the reader with Japanese culture

Despite the fact that a lot of material has already been devoted to Japanese culture in the English-speaking segment of the Internet, I will still try to be original in my posts. If you find information from a person from Russia who writes in English about Japan interesting, then read on. Basically, I will write about those themes and aspects of Japan that are simply interesting to myself.

Indirectly, this blog is also my own way of fully learning English, although this is not my main motivation. If in my texts you find flaws, notice "mistakes" or any ridiculous for the English language wording of words - I ask you to correct me in the comments.

2. The blog was conceived in some way and as a guide to Japan

Although only a small part of my material will be devoted to this direction, nevertheless, on the pages of the site you can find for yourself some information about interesting places in Japan: cafes, places for tourism, and some sights that are worth visiting.

3. The issue of emigration

All the information that I can collect regarding emigration to Japan, I will pack in the form of easy-to-read instructions "how to".

4. Subtleties of the Japanese language

I don’t think it’s worth giving too much attention in my posts about learning Japanese for beginners. I am sure that a reader deeply interested in Japan will deal with the study of basic Japanese without my help. In my opinion, there are more than enough educational sites on the Japanese language in the English-speaking segment of the Internet, and all kinds of online courses. However, some interesting subtleties for a more sensitive and high-quality understanding of the Japanese language will probably come in handy. Such content will be reviewed from time to time.

5. Anime and manga

Despite the fact that I am not an extremely devoted fan of this genre, I will still try to make rare collections of some comics that interest me, from time to time.

6. News from Japan

I think you can read Japanese news from any online news outlet like "Japan Today". There is enough fresh information in the English-speaking segment. However, I will not mind if you read about what is happening on my blog.
